For generations, Latinas have been spoken about, studied, and summarized by others. Our stories have been told through headlines, statistics, and assumptions that rarely captured the full truth of who we are.
Those were never the words we chose for ourselves. We have been taking back the pen, and this year, we write another chapter.
Our Voice, Our Value. Nuestra Voz, Nuestro Valor, is a celebration of the stories behind the data: the women whose lived experience gives every statistic its meaning, and whose voices are shaping the policies, philanthropy, and possibilities that will define Silicon Valley's future.
This isn't just a brunch. It's a declaration that Latinas are no longer simply seen. We are believed. Because our voice has always carried power, and our value has never needed permission to exist.

Join us in honoring the vibrant spirit of Latinas in our community by nominating an outstanding women who embodies one of the three pillars of the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley: Leadership, Civic Engagement, and Sisterhood.
The Award Categories
Leadership: Develops a pipeline and supports our members to lead by fostering individual skills and potential.
Civic Engagement: Educates and mobilizes our community to advocate and actively engage on issues impacting civic life.
Sisterhood: Creates opportunities for women to connect and build supportive, lasting relationships.

Support our 16th Annual Brunch by donating an item or experience to our silent auction! We're looking for sports and concert tickets, experiences, gift cards, local business items, vacation getaways, and more. Every donation helps us raise critical funds for Latina leadership across Silicon Valley.
