Although in California, Latinas make .42 cents for every dollar that a White man makes, Latinas living in Silicon Valley are experiencing even more inequity as they earn 33.5 cents for every dollar that a White man earns (HOPE ESL Report 2022). LCSV is working to bring awareness to this wage gap and the impact it has on our families. Through two powerful tracks—Financial Literacy Seminars and Workforce Development Seminars—Latina Economic Advancement Program(LEAP) equips Latinas with the tools, confidence, and support needed to build long-term economic stability. As workplaces continue to evolve, LEAP is here to ensure Latinas don’t just keep up, but rise. Keep scrolling to discover each component and don’t miss our end-of-program career fair, Futura Fest. Ready to invest in your future? Apply to the LEAP Program today https://bit.ly/reg4leap26 for more information reach out to Yesica at yesica@latinacoalition.org
