💸 Latinas face the widest wage gaps in the nation, earning 52 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men, and here in Silicon Valley, the gap is the widest in the country at 33 cents for every dollar.
Join the 2026 Engaged Latina Leadership Activist (ELLA) cohort and the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley, in partnership with the Office of Women's Policy (OWP), for an empowering Latina Equal Pay Day Panel Discussion & Community Workshop!
Together, we’ll dive deep into the pay gap Latinas face, discuss wage transparency, and share actionable skills to help you advocate for equal pay in your career.
