On Sunday, November 9, 2025, for the 15th Annual Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley Brunch, a gathering that unites leaders, allies, and changemakers in a powerful show of solidarity. Together, we will honor the deep roots that ground us and the renewal that fuels our collective future. Expect an afternoon filled with the vibrant energy of a community that refuses to be silenced. Whether you’ve walked with us for years or are joining for the first time, your presence helps strengthen the movement for equity, opportunity, and lasting change.

From Our Roots, Renewal Blooms

A Path, a Protest, and a Promise…

This year's brunch theme: From Our Roots, Renewal Blooms is more than a phrase, it is a path, a protest, and a promise. In a time when the ground beneath us shifts with widening wage gaps, eroding rights, and deepening divides, Latinas stand at the intersection of challenge and change. Our economic power is stifled, our voices too often dismissed, and our communities targeted, yet still, we rise. Through sisterhood, civic courage, and generational wisdom, we plant seeds of justice in every space we enter. Even as the winds move against us, we do not wither. We grow. We bloom. And we claim our place, in every room, at every table, in every sector, where power must be shared and futures reimagined.

The Sisterhood Awards

Sisterhood | Leadership | Civic Engagement

Each year at our Annual Brunch, the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley proudly presents the Sisterhood Awards, a tradition that honors Latinas whose leadership, vision, and service have left a lasting impact on our community. These awards highlight the incredible women who embody each of our one of our 3 pillars the values of sisterhood, leadership, and civic engagement, inspiring others through their dedication and commitment.

From trailblazing professionals to grassroots advocates, the Sisterhood Awards shine a light on the contributions that strengthen our comunidad and pave the way for future generations.

ELLA Program Speaker

Natalia Cubillo | ELLA Class of 2025

Hi everyone! My name is Natalia Cubillo (she/her/ella). I come from Mexican, Nicaraguan, Chilean, and Puerto Rican roots. My father came to the United States a few years before I was born and my mother was the first in her family to attend university. The resilience and determination of my family has always inspired me to push myself further, fueling my motivation and discipline in everything that I do. My family has made immense sacrifices for me, which I strive to honor in pursuing dreams they were unable to. I am 19 years old and in my first year of college! I am currently majoring in economics and business administration at West Valley College. I plan to get my B.A from a university and soon after to pursue law.

As I have grown up, I have accumulated a strong passion for cultural enrichment, specifically for latina women. Cultural enrichment can be interpreted in many ways, for me, it means changing and expanding the impact latinas have in corporate america - which starts with latinas pursuing an education. It is incredibly important to foster young latina minds, acknowledging our efforts in our education and giving us a community to rely on is a paramount to our success. I look forward to making an impact in my community and being a part of making latina women from all backgrounds feel seen and heard in their efforts to achieve their goals. I hope to show my love and support for my community through everything I do!
