Our Programs
ELLA
Engaged Latina Leadership Activist
ELLA cultivates leadership potential and provides resources and opportunities that impact Latinas locally and state-wide. The program includes a leadership retreat, civic training, participation in Latina Action Day and a final project.
LEAP
Latina Economic Advancement Program
LEAP is a program that consists of 2 components: Financial Literacy and Workforce Development. The program is made up of a series of workshops that prepare Latinas with the skill sets to obtain higher paying jobs and/or to reenter the workforce. The program concludes with our Futura Fest career fair.
Chispanas
Chispanas, our newest program, works to uplift Latina voices through community organizing and power building.
PALA
Policy Advocacy Leadership in Action
PALA is a 3 day intensive bootcamp, held twice a year, that provides civic engagement training and opportunities by focusing on the various facets of political advocacy like running for office and engaging with the media.
