  • Leadership retreat-Learn from a panel of Latina leaders during this overnight retreat about issues impacting Latinas in California and Silicon Valley, and learn about your own strengths and leadership skills in strengths-based, culturally appropriate workshops.
  • Latina Action Day in Sacramento, CA
The ELLA group joins over 600 Latinas from across the state at this annual public policies conference.
  • Civic involvement training & special projects
Local activists and leaders will share their personal experience and expertise with ELLA participants at four training workshops.
